Our History

Founded in 1997 by Richard Sarnat, MD (President/Chief Medical Officer) and James Zechman (Chief Executive Officer), Advanced Medicine Integration Group (AMI Group) is a national leader in the field of integrated physical medicine. AMI’s programs leverage new technology and data informatics with evidence-based product designs to provide improved patient outcomes and cost savings. The AMI Group has a proven track record for delivering effective medical management and care programs with best in class data analytics for the health care industry.

Program Offerings Include:

  • Integrated chronic pain program
  • Quality initiative programs for physical medicine modalities including chiropractic, physical therapy and occupational therapy
  • A fully integrated IPA that features the integration of conventional and complementary alternative medicine (“CAM”) across the entire continuum of care
  • Network building and credentialing services to NCQA specifications for both conventional and CAM providers
